Zaki Ftaiha uses only BOTOX® Cosmetic to soften the deep furrows between the eyebrows, to smooth the forehead, and to erase crow’s feet around the eyes. He carefully assesses each face individually and determines the pattern of muscle contraction. Dr. Zaki Ftaiha has advanced techniques using BOTOX® to alleviate a gummy smile, to reposition downturned corners of the mouth, and to soften vertical neck bands. Discomfort is minimized by his use of pretreatment numbing cream, ice, and the finest needle available that barely leaves a trace at the injection site.

RESTYLANE® / PERLANE® / JUVEDERM™ / JUVEDERM™ ULTRA PLUS Restylane®, Perlane®, Juvéderm™, and Juvéderm™ Ultra Plus

Are all derivatives of hyaluronic acid, an important structural component in the skin that is lost over time. Restylane® and Perlane® are manufactured by Medicis. Juvéderm™and Juvéderm™ Ultra Plus are manufactured by Allergan. Dr. Zaki Ftaiha will select the most appropriate product based on the area to be filled and the desired cosmetic outcome. He can soften the deep lines that run from the nose to the mouth (nasolabial folds), build cheekbones, augment lips, correct sunken undereye appearances (tear troughs), erase fine vertical lines around the lips, and fill acne scars.   

RADIESSE™

Radiesse™ is liquefied calcium hydroxylapatite, the same constituent as human bone. Dr.  Zaki Ftaiha uses Radiesse™ to build cheekbones, to augment jawlines, and to fill the deeper nasolabial folds of men. 

SCULPTRA®

Sculptra® is poly-L-lactic acid powder that is reconstituted by Dr. Zaki Ftaiha in concentrations based upon your needs.  Sculptra® was designed for filling in broad areas of facial depression that are associated with dramatic weight loss or familial aging patterns. Dr Zaki Ftaiha has a vast experience with this product and is pleased to offer its use in her “Total Hand Rejuvenation" protocol to camouflage prominent hand veins.
